The 5 minute Breakfast
1 Slice Whole
Wheat
Bread
1 cup low fat
yogurt
1 cup
strawberries
sliced,
blueberries
and
raspberries
1 tbs
Walnuts
or Almonds (optional)
1 tsp
Vanilla
extract
Mix all the ingredients except the bread
Toast the bread and serve with the yogurt mix
